TRAINING SESSION TIMES & DAYS

Note:  Training times/days may change during the season and updates will be placed here on our website and also on our Facebook page

NEWS:  Junior Membership is now open....inquiries may be submitted via email to info@cathalbrughawaterpolo.com or via the pro-forma on our Contacts page.  Otherwise prospective new members should report to our Registration Desk, located just outside the viewing gallery entrance at Falls Leisure Centre, at 7.00pm-8.00pm any Friday evening.

**Please bear in mind that, in order that they may get full benefit of membership of our water polo Club, all new junior members (apart from FUNdementals session) should be able to swim at least 25m (one length)**

7.00 - 8.00pm U15's & U17's (Boys & Girls)
8.00 - 9.00pm: Senior Women
9.00 - 10.00pm, Senior Men & Development Squad

Session runs all year round with some time modifications during summer

7.00pm - 7.30pm, FUNdementals Session (U11's at 1m depth)
7.00pm - 8.00pm - U13's (deep water)
8.00-9.00pm: U15 Boys and U15 & U17 Girls
9.00-10.00pm: U19 Boys & Div 2 (Men)

8pm - 10pm is in 2m Depth of Water - participants should be able to swim 25m
